How it works?
Product Manufacturer
Being the product owner, manufacturer himself adds all product information and generate and assign the unique codes to the brands. He can also add distributors to the network to get track of the supply chain path. He is the Master User with all the privileges and manage all sub users and ultimate power to approve the fake products and supplier’s removal from the network.
Product Wholesaler
Wholesalers update the supply chain path and can alert manufacturer regarding any complaints or issues in the product packaging, seal or in the quantities received. They can also view any loyalty points or offers assigned to them by the manufacturer and request for re-orders, addition of new retailer/distributor to the network etc. through the platform.
